Privacy Policy for Snorry

Snorry (“the App”) respects your privacy.

1. What Snorry Does

Snorry is an on-device snoring monitoring and alert app. The App listens for audio patterns related to snoring and can notify you locally on your iPhone and/or play an in-app alarm.

2. Not a Health App / Not Medical Use

Snorry is not a Health app and is not a medical device.

Snorry does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or health monitoring services. It is intended only to monitor and alert the user regarding snoring behavior.

3. Data Collection and Processing

Snorry is designed for local, on-device operation:

Audio analysis is performed on your device.
App settings and app-generated monitoring data are retained locally in the app on your device.
Snore-related records generated by the App remain stored locally on the device unless you remove the app or delete data yourself.

4. No Cloud Storage, No Third-Party Sharing

Snorry does not upload your app data to a cloud backend.

Snorry does not share, sell, or transfer your app data to third-party providers.

Snorry does not store your app data with external processors or other providers in the cloud.

5. Permissions

Snorry may request the following permissions:

Microphone: Required to detect snoring sounds on-device.
Notifications: Required to send local snoring alerts and reminder notifications.

If you deny these permissions, parts of the App may not function as intended.

6. Data Retention and Control

Because data is retained locally on your device:

You can stop monitoring at any time in the App.
You can reset app settings and app data from within the App where available.
You can delete all locally retained app data by uninstalling the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

Snorry is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. International Users

Since Snorry does not transmit your app data to external servers, your app data remains on your device under your control.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the updated policy with the App.
