Common Help Topics

Microphone Permission

Snorry needs microphone access to detect snoring on your device.

If recording does not start:

  1. Open Settings on iPhone.
  2. Go to Privacy & Security > Microphone.
  3. Enable access for Snorry.

On the Tonight tab, Snorry also shows a short prompt when microphone access is still pending or denied.

Notifications Not Showing

Snorry sends local push notifications when snoring is detected (if push alerts are enabled in app Settings).

If you do not receive alerts:

  1. Open Settings on iPhone.
  2. Go to Notifications > Snorry.
  3. Enable Allow Notifications.
  4. In Snorry, open Settings and verify Push notifications and/or Sound alarm are enabled.

Alerts may also appear on a paired Apple Watch like other iOS notifications. Snorry does not include a watchOS app.

Delete Logs

You can delete all sleep and settings logs in the app:

  1. Open Settings in Snorry.
  2. Tap Delete All Sleep & Settings Logs.

This permanently removes every saved sleep session, snore clip, waveform, and Insights settings-change marker. Your current Settings values are not changed. You must stop recording before deleting logs.

Audio Clips

Snore clips are stored locally on your device and used for session review features in Sleep History.

Free and Premium Plans

  • Free — Up to 20 recording sessions, your latest sleep session in Sleep History, and local storage of older sessions (older sessions are locked without Premium). Insights is not available on the Free plan.
  • Premium — Unlimited recording, full Sleep History, and Insights. Manage or restore subscriptions in Settings → Subscription or through your Apple ID subscriptions.

Troubleshooting

If the app behaves unexpectedly:

  1. Close and reopen Snorry.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Update to the latest app version.
  4. If still unresolved, contact support by email.

Privacy

Sleep sessions, snore clips, and waveforms are processed and stored on your iPhone. They are not uploaded for cloud storage or analysis.

Snorry may send anonymous app usage data (such as screens visited and feature use) to Google Firebase Analytics and Meta App Events to improve the app and measure marketing performance. Sleep audio and health session content are not included. On first launch, iOS asks for tracking permission via App Tracking Transparency before analytics are collected.
